Dr. Parul Agarwal, former HRC Graduate Statistician, was recognized at the annual meeting of the Internationl Society for Pharmacoeconomics and Outcomes Research for her dissertation research, "Health Care Expenditures Associated with Persistent Emergency Department Use: A Multi-State Analysis of Medicaid Beneficiaries."
