Keith J. Zullig is Professor and Chair of the Department of Social and Behavioral Sciences and Coordinator of the Social and Behavioral Sciences Ph.D. program. 

He earned his M.S.P.H. and Ph.D. degrees in Health Promotion, Education, & Behavior from the Arnold School of Public Health at the University of South Carolina. 

His research, which is primarily focused on adolescent quality of life research, measurement, substance use, and community-based interventions, has been funded by the US Department of Education (USDOE), Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), and the National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism (NIAAA).  He has published over 75 peer-reviewed journal articles, and authored numerous book chapters.    
Dr. Zullig is a member of the American Public Health Association, International Society for Quality-of-Life Studies, American Academy of Health Behavior, and the American School Health Association.  He is presently a member of the Editorial Board for the Journal of Applied Quality of Life Research, Annals of Community Medicine and Practice, and Education Reform Journal.
