Inside healthcare leadership development: Senior HR leaders join School of Public Health Administrative Grand Rounds

West Virginia University School of Public Health Master of Health Administration program and the WVU Graduate Chapter of Upsilon Phi Delta will host a virtual Administrative Grand Rounds titled “Proactively Managing Your Development as Healthcare Leaders” on Friday, January 16, 2026, from noon to 1:30 p.m. ET.

This session, moderated by Erik L. Carlton, DrPH, MS, CPH, FACHE, associate professor at WVU School of Public Health and ACHE regent for West Virginia and Western Virginia, will highlight the experiences of senior human resource executives from the local healthcare industry. The expert panelists, featuring Molly Frick, chief human resource officer, Marshall Health Network; Leeann Kaminsky, chief human resource officer, WVU Medicine; and Kristi Snyder, vice president for human resources and total rewards, Vandalia Health, will share insights on leadership growth, career development, and navigating today’s evolving healthcare workforce.
