Lap Dulcimer 101

Have Fun! Learn to play a traditional Lap Dulcimer! Learn to play several songs right away during the first class. The lap dulcimer is a very easy instrument to learn to play!

Enjoy the feeling of accomplishment in learning to play an instrument, and not just any instrument, but an old-time traditional Appalachian lap dulcimer. You do not need to know how to read music because this class “plays by number”.  Learn to play several well-known songs you can sing-along with and enjoy a lifetime of continuing to expand your skills with the dulcimer.
