All SPH students invited to join Delta Omega's "Cleanup at White Park"
The Gamma Mu Chapter of Delta Omega at West Virginia University’s School of Public Health invites all undergrad, MPH, and PhD students to join us for our next community service project. We will be collecting trash at White Park on Monday, April 8, from 3-7pm. If you are interested in participating, you must fill out the consent form.
Note: You do not need to fill out the Social Security Number line on the consent form.
