Important Notes:
- Faculty processing in with the students will need to check in at the Caperton Indoor Practice Facility (IPF) 90 minutes prior to the ceremony start time.
- Parking for faculty and staff will be available behind the IPF. Parking passes will be required for entry into this lot and should be displayed on your dashboard before you enter. Passes will be distributed to school graduation coordinator the week of commencement.
- Faculty processing in with the graduates will be required to have a paper ticket to gain entry into the IPF for check in. Tickets will be distributed to faculty who register to participate.
- Faculty hooders should remain with the graduate they are hooding once they are in the lineup.
- Once processional starts, faculty hooders will process in with their graduate. Graduates will enter from the home team tunnel and immediately cross the stage where they will receive a diploma cover from the dean. At the end of the walk, graduates to be hooded will be hooded at one of two photo stations before being guided to their seats in the stands. Undergraduates will also get their phone taken at a separate station and then guided to their seats in the stands.
- Masks must be worn properly at all times with the exception of the hooding/photo moment. Masks can be removed for this, but then placed back on properly before going to their seat.
- We will practice social distancing in the stands with three seats between each person.
- After the conclusion of the ceremony, everyone will be released up to the concourse area. No one will be permitted back onto the field.
- The Clear Bag Policy remains in effect. Articles of any kind will not be permitted to be left in the IPF during the ceremony. You will not be permitted back in after the ceremony.
