School of Public Health ITS resources

As we prepare to launch online courses for the remainder of the semester, we want to remind our students, faculty and staff that there are many technology support resources available.

For computer support and assistance with working remotely, submit a request to our School of Public Health Professional Technologist Jessica White at SPHsupport@hsc.wvu.edu.

For course support and assistance, submit a request to solesupport@hsc.wvu.edu.

HSC Information Technology Services began providing all services remotely starting Tuesday, March 17. Standard HSC ITS hours of operations will be modified to support need. All support will be provided remotely or by scheduled onsite appointment as deemed necessary. Incoming calls and email support requests to our help desks will be answered remotely during normal business hours, with after hour emergency support available.
