Annual Outside Consulting Disclosures

In accordance with WVU Board of Governors (BOG) Governance Rule 1.4 – Ethics, Conflict of Interest and Outside Consulting, all full-time WVU faculty and non-classified staff must complete an annual disclosure detailing outside consulting arrangements undertaken during the past fiscal year (July 1 to June 30). 

To eliminate duplicative effort, ensure proper routing, and streamline multiple disclosure types into one system, the Annual Outside Consulting Arrangement disclosure process will now be completed in the WVU Research Administration Portal (WRAP). Please log into WRAP and create or edit your existing Disclosure Profile to reflect your current outside activities.

If your Disclosure Profile is current in WRAP, you don’t need to take any action at this time.
